Return Policy.
You will have ten days from receipt of your purchase to notify us of your intent to return an item. The item must be unworn, unaltered (either by sizing, engraving, stone setting ,etc.) Special ordered items or custom made items are not returnable. The item must be returned (fully insured for purchase price) to us within two business days after you give notice of your intent to return the item. You will pay for all return shipping and insurance charges.
Email Information.
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
